Town centre
Yes, pirates are self-governing, but perhaps the town centre would be home for pirates to come together and vote for what they want.

The island is lush with life above the sand and under the sea. When the fishing hole opens, you'll be able to catch some amazing fish.

Tailoring
The Tailoring will allow you to craft cosmetics for your character such as: Straw Hat, Carnival Mask, Scallywag's Patch, Horned Helm, Tinkerer's Goggles, Rose-tinted Monocle.
Blacksmith
The Blacksmith will allow you to craft cannons for your ship such as: Skeletal Cannon, Blasted Cannon, Gunmetal Cannon.
Shipwright
The Shipwright will allow you to craft ships using blueprints and resources. Ye can craft mighty ships such as: Clockwork brig, Wraith brig.
